Wrap-Id Smooth is a putty with the same insulating qualities as Wrap-Id Fusion Wrap but in putty form.  Just tear or cut off a piece of Wrap-Id Smooth and push it into the gap to form a contoured surface over the terminal you are insulating. Then once the gap is filled, complete the process by wrapping around the entire splice with 2 layers of Wrap-Id. You're done!
